Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, formal evidentiary hearings in water- and sewer-rate cases filed by the Missouri-American Water Company (MAWC), will be held by electronic means via WebEx video and teleconference rather than in person at the Missouri Public Service Commission’s offices as currently scheduled.

A news release says participants shall appear at the evidentiary hearing virtually via WebEx video and telephone conference.

The hearing audio also will be live-streamed via the Commission’s website at psc.mo.gov.

Interested persons who will not be actively participating in the hearing should access the hearing via the live stream.

Formal evidentiary hearings in the MAWC water- and sewer-rate cases are scheduled for February 22-26 and March 1-5.

MAWC serves approximately 470,000 water customers and 15,000 sewer customers in Missouri.
