According to a probable-cause statement at just about 2:30 a.m. on July 1, deputies were dispatched to Fireworks Outlet in reference to an alarm. A deputy noticed a truck in the parking lot that was registered to Jimmie Erwin. The deputy went inside the store, but nobody was in the building.
