Jerry Lawson, age 77, of Fayette, died Monday, February 15, 2021, at HST Memorial Veterans’ Hospital in Columbia.

There will be no funeral service, but visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, February 20, at Friemonth-Freese Funeral Home in Fayette. Facemasks are required and social distancing will be observed. Burial, with military honors, will follow at Boonesboro Cemetery.

Survivors include son, Rick, of Gilliam; three grandchildren- Kaih and Kelsey Lawson, of Gilliam, and Kerstin (Eric) Beeler, of Slater; and sister, Linda (Joe) Smith, of Inman, South Carolina.
