
A 35-year-old Sedalia man remains in custody and is charged with multiple felonies after a reported incident on July 21.
Ryan Tuttle is accused of entering a residence, uninvited, and assaulting one of the residents of the home. The woman Tuttle is alleged to have assaulted had a protection order against Tuttle that was filed in Iowa on March 2018.
Tuttle is charged with a Class B Felony for Burglary in the First Degree; Class D Felonies for Domestic Assault in the Second Degree and Tamper or Attempt to Tamper with a Victim in the Felony Prosecution; and a Class E Felony for Violation of a Protection Order for an Adult- Second Offense. Bond remains at $50,000 cash or surety.
Tuttle pleaded not guilty during his arraignment on September 21. Due to inclement weather, Tuttle’s next court appearance is rescheduled for 9 a.m. Monday, March 1 at Pettis County Circuit Court.
