Evergy Missouri West, Inc. d/b/a Evergy Missouri West has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking to implement tariffs that authorize and enable a Transportation Electrification pilot program.

A press release says Evergy Missouri West asks the Commission to find that the proposed “Clean Charge Network” expansion plan in its application is “prudent from a decisional perspective”. Evergy Missouri West also requests the deferral of costs associated with the program.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than March 19, 2021, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.

Evergy Missouri West provides electric service to approximately 347,400 customers in 31 Missouri counties, including Carroll, Lafayette and Pettis in the KMMO listening area.
