During the meeting of the Marshall City Council on Monday, March 1, Ward 3 Councilman Dan Brandt gave an update on the compost area.

Brandt said residents can pick up compost part of one certain day of the week in the month during the next several months.

Brandt also offered the “Stormwater Tip of the Month”.

In other news, the council approved the appointments of Richard Stark and Danny Warren to the Electrical Board and Derek Davis and Doug Jacobs to the Plumbing Board.
