A vehicle crash in Benton County resulted in the death of a Warsaw man.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred when the Toyota Camry, driven by 57-year-old, Chantel Brewster, of Warsaw, was struck by a Ford F-350 pickup, driven by 30-year-old Tara Sanders, of Lincoln, as she began to make a left hand turn onto Commercial Street. 79-year-old Charles Stranathan, of Warsaw, who was a passenger in Sanders’ vehicle, was pronounced deceased at the scene by Benton County Coroner Weston Miller.

No other injuries were reported.

The crash happened at approximately 10:17 a.m. Tuesday on State Highway 7 at Commercial Street.
