A Warrensburg man sustained serious injuries in a roll-over ATV accident in Johnson County on Saturday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the crash happened when the Polaris ATV, driven by 18-year-old Aylia Maritza, traveled through a field where it began to slide, before overturning. A passenger in the vehicle, 21-year-old Torres Diego sustained serious injuries and was transported by ambulance to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg for treatment.

The crash occurred at approximately 6:30 p.m. Saturday on Southwest 101st Road.
