In other news, aldermen voted to give all existing employees a 35-cent-per-hour raise and to pay Shannon Hall $320 per month starting in April 2021 for her court-clerk duties.

Clerk Michelle Fuehring also said the next Develop Saline County Advisory Board meeting is scheduled to be held in April. Projects she will present include a senior-center project for $5,000 to $10,000; a new structure for Shelter House No. 4 at the park for $10,000 to $20,000; and to look at water, sewer and street improvements. It also was stated the city needs to look into fixing the brick street.
