While doing a business check on January 29, Saline County deputies identified a vehicle that had been stolen out of Kansas City on January 20.

Two subjects were arrested in connection with the stolen vehicle and possession of controlled substances.

Justin Fletcher, 29, of Denton, Texas has been charged with two Class D Felonies for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class D Felony of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree and a misdemeanor for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond has been set at $25,000 cash only.

Victoria Chapman, 19, of Columbia, Missouri is charged with a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance and two misdemeanor charges. Chapman posted $15,000 Personal Recognizance Bond on February 11.

Preliminary Hearing Setting for Chapman is set for 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 17. Both cases are scheduled to be held at Saline County Circuit Court.

Fletcher was arraigned and pleaded not guilty on February 22. Plea/Trial Setting in his case has been rescheduled for 9 a.m., Monday, March 29.
