A date for jury trial has been set in the case of a 45-year-old Windsor man who is facing sex-related felony charges involving juveniles more than two years ago.
In July of 2018, three juveniles alleged to authorities they were inappropriately touched during a sleep-over and pool party at a residence in Windsor just days prior to the report being filed.
Christopher Hidy is facing two counts of a Class C Felony for Third-Degree Child Molestation; a Class D Felony for Tampering or Attempt to Tamper with a Victim in a Felony Prosecution; and four counts of an Unclassified Felony for Statutory Sodomy or Attempted Sodomy.
A two-day jury trial in this case has been scheduled to begin at 9 a.m., Tuesday, May 25, at Henry County Circuit Court.
