The Cooper County Health Center has announced that COVID vaccinations will be made available to HOME BOUND and/or HOSPICE individuals who are unable to tolerate a car ride. If the primary caregiver is un-immunized, CCPHC will immunize that individual also. If anyone living within the home has tested positive for COVID-19 or is under quarantine, the immunization will not be delivered until after the quarantine period has been completed. The Pfizer vaccine (two dose series) will be the vaccine provided.
