Kenneth Dale Mize, 75, of Pilot Grove, passed away Monday, April 5, 2021, at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.

He was born March 18, 1946, in Boonville, son of Charlie and Mabel (Stanley) Mize.

Kenny was a 1964 graduate of Glasgow School.

On January 14, 1967, at the Pilot Grove Methodist Church, he was married to Margaret Pearl (Parkhurst).

Kenny worked at the Bobbin Heel Factory and Pepsi Co. He enjoyed his retirement of hunting, fishing and farming, but especially spending time with his family and friends.

Surviving are his wife, Margaret of the home; a son, Timothy Dale Mize (Paula) of Pilot Grove; three grandsons, Mickey Mize of Bedford, MA, Lane Mize of Pilot Grove, and Cole Mize of Pilot Grove; two siblings, Eugene Mize (Mary Ann) of Columbia, and Elaine Crump of Boonville; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two siblings, Yvonne Martin and Dennis Mize.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 9, 2021, at the Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Pilot Grove, with Carroll Schoenhals officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service Friday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in the Pilot Grove Cemetery.
