During the meeting of the Pettis County COVID-19 Task Force on Monday, April 5, it was reported that according to the state’s website, 10,070 Pettis County residents have received one dose and 6,753 have completed the two-dose series.

Starting on Friday, April 9, all Missourians will be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine who are over the age of 16.

Bothwell Regional Health Center will be administering COVID-19 Pfizer vaccines from 1 to 5 p.m. on April 9 and from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 10  on the second floor of the Bothwell Healing Arts Center at 3700 West 10th Street in Sedalia.

You can register by calling (660) 829-8888 or going online at http://www.brhc.org/services/covid-19_vaccine_information.aspx. A limited number of walk-ins will be accepted Friday afternoon and Saturday morning; however appointments are encouraged to reduce wait times.

Healthcare officials urge residents to help friends and family who do not have access to the internet or cannot easily get out to register for the vaccine. Online registration also is available through the Bothwell website at www.brhc.org.
