
Missouri currently is now vaccinating all persons over the age of 16.
First-dose COVID-19 vaccination clinics are scheduled to be held over the next three weeks in four different area communities, and walk-ins will be accepted from 8 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 5 p.m. at each of the scheduled locations- one of which is on Thursday, April 8- provided the person wanting the vaccine is eligible and vaccine is available.
According to Fitzgibbon Hospital, there are no pre-qualifications to receive the vaccine, and no appointment is needed. Fitzgibbon Hospital is receiving the Pfizer vaccine as a high-throughput recognized hospital by the State of Missouri.
A clinic is scheduled to be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 8, at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Brunswick.
On Monday, April 12, Fitzgibbon is set to host another event from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Malcolm Center for Student Life on the Missouri Valley College campus in Marshall.
Also, on Wednesday, April 14, Fitzgibbon is scheduled to host another clinic from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Phillips Recreation Center on the campus of Central Methodist University in Fayette.
On Thursday, April 22, another event is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Malcolm Center for Student Life on the Missouri Valley College campus in Marshall.
On Monday, April 26, another clinic is scheduled to be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Glasgow.
Another clinic is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 28, at the Phillips Recreation Center on the campus of Central Methodist University in Fayette.
