A 20-year-old Arkansas resident has been sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to multiple felonies in Linn County.
On April 6, Travis Quarddius Moten pleaded guilty to a Class D Felony for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.
In a separate case, Moten pleaded guilty to a Class E Felony for Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop By Fleeing – Creating A Substantial Risk Of Serious Injury/Death To Any Person; and two driving related misdemeanors.
Moten is accused of stealing a vehicle from Casey’s in Brookfield, on October 19.
Moten was sentenced to five years probation on the first case and 15-days in jail, with credit for time served in the second case.
