
A 32-year-old Odessa man will serve jail time after pleading guilty to multiple felony charges in Lafayette County.
On October 21, 2020, a law-enforcement officer located a numerous illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia and a loaded shotgun inside the vehicle driven by Zackary Jacob Stewart.
Stewart changed his plea and pleaded guilty on April 5 to a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance; and a Class E Felony for Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
The court ordered Stewart to seven years in the Department of Corrections.
