A 19 year old Malta Bend resident is facing sex related felonies in Saline County.

The mother of a 15-year-old juvenile reported to authorities that her daughter alleged that she had been raped, on two separate occasions by a family member, identified as Jayden Browder.

Browder is charged with two Unclassified sex-related felonies. Bond is set at $250,000 cash only.

Browder waived Preliminary Hearing on April 14. His case has been bound over to the trial division of the Saline County Circuit Court for arraignment at 9 a.m. Monday, April 26.
