A 21-year-old Sedalia man is facing a felony charge for allegedly brandishing a firearm and pointing it at another driver on Wednesday, April 14.

A Sedalia Police report says a woman told authorities she honked at a black in color Mercedes that was stopped in the median and did not move. After the vehicle moved, she continued to a business down West Broadway Boulevard. After she left that business, she said the black Mercedes pulled up alongside. She heard the driver yell, “Pull over…. Pull over!” She saw the driver of the Mercedes had a pistol in his left hand and was pointing toward the parking lot at Walmart with his right hand.

The alleged victim was able to get a picture of the back of the Mercedes when it pulled in front of her and cut her off.

The vehicle was identified as belonging to Zachary Tyler Pulliam, and the woman identified him from his Facebook profile picture which was uploaded two weeks prior to the incident.

Court documents say Pulliam is charged with a Class E Felony for Unlawful Use of a Weapon- Exhibiting.

Pulliam’s initial hearing is pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
