A 19-year-old Keytesville man charged with multiple sex related felonies involving a juvenile has changed his plea.

Phineas J. Schrock is accused of forcing himself on a 15-year-old female juvenile on the night of November 19, 2020

Schrock changed his not guilty plea that he entered on January 15 to guilty on February 23 to a felony for sexual abuse in the first degree and a second charge of felony incest.

Schrock was sentenced in Chariton County Circuit Court, on Tuesday, April 27 to a total of ten years in the Department of Corrections.
