Numerous roadways remain closed in the KMMO listening area due to flooding.

MODOT says the closures are in Saline, Chariton, Howard, Lafayette, Pettis and Johnson Counties.

In Saline County, Highway 127 north of Sweet Springs at Salt Pond Creek; the outer road or Old 40 just west of Sweet Springs; and Route VV north of I-70 near Emma remain closed.

In Chariton County, Route NN is closed at the east fork of the Chariton River.

Route N northeast of Fayette and Route Z northwest of Boonville and off of Highway 87 are closed in Howard County.

In Lafayette County, Route FF at two locations west of Highway 131 is closed .

In Pettis County, Route O north of Beaman is closed.

In Johnson County, Highway 23 between Concordia and Knob Noster and Route E near Valley City are closed.
