With the weather clearing up some, water is receding, and the number of road closures due to flooding is down to three in the KMMO listening area.

According to MODOT, closures remain in Saline and Johnson Counties.

In Saline County, the outer road- or Old 40- just west of Sweet Springs; and Route UU just east of U.S. Highway 65 are closed.

In Johnson County, Highway 23 between Concordia and Knob Noster is closed.

All of the other roadways that were closed are now open to traffic.
