A 37-year-old Sedalia man is facing a drug-related felony charge after the execution of a search warrant in October.

A Sedalia Police report says during the early morning hours of October 23, an officer served a search warrant related to drug activity at a residence in Sedalia. Shamakeith Taylor was one of the persons on the premises.

Officers say they located methamphetamine; a cell phone; a glass pipe with suspected methamphetamine residue; sandwich-style baggies; and a digital scale.

Taylor is charged with a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance and a drug-related misdemeanor. Taylor posted $10,000 surety bond on October 29.

Taylor failed to appear to his most recent court proceeding at Pettis County Circuit Court. A Failure to Appear Warrant has been issue and bond has been set at $25,000 cash or surety.

A Case Review is scheduled for 10:15 a.m., Tuesday, May 25 at Pettis County Circuit Court.
