More than two dozen bricks were placed at the Veterans’ Memory Walk of Honor on the west side of the Saline County Courthouse in Marshall over the weekend.

According to former Saline County Northern District Commissioner Charlie Guthrie, 31 Bricks were placed on Saturday, May 22.

Placing bricks were committee members Bob Robinson, Zack Fletcher, Tommy Berger, Kip Bethel, Brad Bartlett, Ed Reis and Guthrie.

Bricks will again be installed before Veterans’ Day in November.

Bricks cost $50 each.

Brick applications are available from Ed Reis at Wood & Huston Bank or at Dale Zank’s State Farm Insurance office, or at the Saline County Courthouse at the Recorder’s, Collector’s or Treasurer’s office.
