Information is now available regarding the repair of the Cooper County Route F bridge over Stephens Branch located near the town of Speed. MoDOT is inviting nearby residents and travelers to share their thoughts.

The 55-year-old bridge has reached the point where repairs are necessary to extend the life and usability of the bridge by up to 30 years. Repairs will consist of replacing the bridge deck and installing a concrete barrier.

This project is expected to begin and be completed in 2022.

The bridge will be closed during the work.
