A Bogard man is facing a felony charge in Saline County.

According to a probable-cause statement during the early morning hours on July 1, deputies were dispatched to Fireworks Outlet in reference to an alarm. A deputy noticed a truck in the parking lot that was registered to Jimmie Erwin.

The manager of the business contacted the sheriff’s office and said three individuals were seen entering the building just after 11 p.m. the night before and did not exit.

Erwin is charged with Burglary in the Second Degree. He posted 10-percent of a $5,000 cash only bond on March 4.

A Plea/Trial Setting in this case is scheduled for for 9 a.m., Monday, June 7 at Saline County Circuit Court.
