During the meeting of the Marshall City Council on Monday, June 7, Ward I Councilman Dewey Hendrix gave the report from the Marshall Fire Department for the month of May.

With mowing season in full swing, Hendrix also gave some tips from Fire Chief Tony Day on how to prevent lawn mower injuries.

Hendrix also noted that you should never let anyone under the age of 12 yrs. to operate a push mower.
