Saline County Treasurer Jared Brewer was at the Saline County Commission meeting on Thursday, and gave an update on taxes received by the county.

In other news, Brewer said bids are being accepted now through June 24, from financial institutions for the Treasurer’s Office accounts. Anyone interested in making a bid can contact Jared Brewer at his office at (660) 886-3636.

Also, the contractor will start to lay the tile on the second floor of the courthouse on June 21.
