A 24-year-old Boonville man who originally was charged with two felonies after a reported incident on July 23, 2020, had the charges amended and now faces only one felony charge.
According to court documents, Tristan Rhorer had a burglary charge dismissed. However, he is still charged with a felony for domestic assault in the second degree for allegedly assaulting a woman. Rhorer was released on his own recognizance on November 30.
Rhorer’s case was bound over to the trial division. He waived his arraignment and pleaded not guilty on May 24. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 24, at Howard County Circuit Court.
