A 48-year-old man was arrested in Pettis County on Monday, June 28.

According to the Pettis County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy arrested Christopher A. Gardner.

After a lengthy investigation, a warrant was issued for Gardner’s arrest on the alleged charges of Possession of Child Pornography; First-Degree Statutory Sodomy- Victim Under the Age of 12.

Court documents say bond is set at $250,000 cash or surety.

Gardner was scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday, June 29. His next hearing is pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
