Jerrold Julius “Jerry” Yeagle, age 89, of rural Marshall, MO, died Thursday, July 1, 2021, at his home.

At Jerry’s request, cremation will take place and no services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Katy Trail Community Health, in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. An online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com.

Born February 7, 1932 in Marshall, he was the son of the late Matthew Hall Yeagle and Clara Dehn Yeagle. Jerry lived on the family farm in rural Saline County his entire life and was a graduate of Marshall High School and University of Missouri-Columbia where he earned his bachelor’s degree in agriculture. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and then spent the rest of his life farming. Jerry enjoyed fishing.

Survivors include one brother, Edward Yeagle (Laura) of rural Marshall; as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great nieces and great-great nephews, all scattered throughout the United States.

He was preceded in death by his parents, an older sister, Elizabeth Braden and her husband, David; and his brother, Matt Yeagle.
