A little bit of everything is planned for Independence Day on Sunday, July 4, at Indian Foothills Park in Marshall.

Marshall Parks and Recreation Director Chad Unterreiner explains much of what is planned for the celebration.

Unterreiner notes that with the recent flooding that affected to lower part of the park, the Eastwood entrance will be closed. So, there will only be one way in and out of the park, which is on the west side by the kiddie park.

The fireworks extravaganza is being sponsored by the Marshall Chamber of Commerce.
