A Marshall man is facing a couple of felony charges after the report of a subject possibly breaking into a vehicle at the commuter parking lot near Pyro City at Marshall Junction was investigated by authorities on July 1.

According to a Saline County deputy’s report, drug-related items and items reported stolen were allegedly were located in the vehicle driven by Jeffrey Allen Milligan.

According to a court documents, Milligan is facing Class D Felonies for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Stealing of $750 or More; as well as a drug-related misdemeanor. Bond is set at $25,000 cash or surety.

A female passenger in Milligan’s vehicle has not been charged at this time.

Milligan was arraigned on July 2. A confined-docket hearing is scheduled to be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 7, at Saline County Circuit Court.
