An Otterville man is facing charges after an incident that occurred in Pettis County on June 30.

A probable-cause statement says 53-year-old Willie R. Waddell allegedly assaulted a woman in front of a small child.

According to court documents, Waddell is charged with Class D Felonies for Domestic Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The court has set bond at no bond.

Waddell was arraigned on Friday, July 2. His next hearing is scheduled to be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 13, at Pettis County Circuit Court.
