A Fayette woman is facing charges after an incident in Howard County in June 2020.

A probable-cause statement says Heather Clark allegedly assaulted a person with a pistol.

According to court documents, Clark is charged with felonies for Domestic Assault in the Third Degree and Unlawful Use of Weapon. The court has set bond at $20,000 cash only.

Clark was arraigned on July 6. A bond-review hearing is scheduled to take place at 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 13, at Howard County Circuit Court.
