Some nighttime roadwork is scheduled to start next week in western Lafayette County.

MoDOT Kansas City is scheduled to make pavement repairs along a portion of both eastbound and westbound I-70 between mile markers 34.6 and 46.2 beginning on Monday, July 12.

This work will require various lane closures in the area beginning at 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. each day through Wednesday, July 14.

All work is weather permitting.
