A 20-year-old Marshall man has been charged with felonies for allegedly being the suspect in a pursuit in Marshall on June 24.
According to a probable-cause statement, a deputy tried to pull over Ethan Harris, but Harris failed to stop and continued at a high rate of speed. Additional authorities were called to assist with the chase.
The vehicle was located at the intersection of Lincoln and 200th road; the front end had collided with the ditch; and Harris was running through a soybean field.
Court documents say Harris is charged with Tampering with a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree and Resisting Arrest, Detention or Stop by Fleeing. Bond is set at $15,000 cash only.
Harris was arraigned on June 29. His next hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, at Saline County Circuit Court.
