
Charged with multiple felonies following the execution of several search warrants more than a year ago, a 29-year-old Green Ridge man has a court proceeding set for this week.
According to a report from the Sedalia Police Department, on April 16, 2020, officers conducted a traffic stop of a suspect related to an ongoing drug investigation, and Samuel David Woolery II was taken into custody.
Authorities from multiple law-enforcement agencies served five search warrants at residences in Sedalia and Green Ridge, two storage units in Sedalia and the suspect’s vehicle nearly simultaneously.
Woolery pleaded not guilty on July 20, 2020, to a Class B Felony for Manufacturing a Controlled Substance within 2,000 Feet of a School or College; a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance; three counts of a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance; and an Unclassified Felony for Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Woolery posted $125,000 surety bond on April 21, 2020.
A motion hearing is scheduled to be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, July 16, at Pettis County Circuit Court.
