The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced some scheduled roadwork that will affect traffic flow in Pettis County.

MODOT is scheduled to have lane closures on Highway 50 from Route M on the east side of Sedalia to the Morgan County line beginning the week of July 19.

According to MODOT, a flagging operation on Highway 50 will reduce the highway to one lane from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. This project will include pavement repair, resurfacing and the addition of turn lanes at Route O and Airpark Road.
