Lexington Fire and Rescue firefighters doused a fire this week.

According to the department, there was a small fire at the Aull Lane Apartments.

The fire was on the second floor, and it was food on the stove.

Firefighters issued a reminder. They say, “If you live in a multi-family dwelling or an apartment building and the fire alarm goes off, you need to exit the building immediately. There were no injuries tonight, and all occupants got to go back to their apartments.”
