A 32-year-old Kansas City man has been charged with a couple of felonies for allegedly pointing a handgun out of the driver’s-side window of a vehicle and discharging one round of ammunition across westbound lanes of I-70 at the 56.2 mile marker on Monday, July 19.

Court documents say Lenny Cunningham is charged with felonies for unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action. Bond is set at $25,000 cash only.

Cunningham’s initial hearing is pending at Lafayette County Circuit Court.
