A Hughesville man charged with felonies after a reported incident on July 5 has a court proceeding set for this week.
Pettis County deputies located a bleeding victim who advised the alleged assailant was William Mulcrone, who had fled the area as the deputies arrived. With help of K-9 CAV, authorities tracked down and arrested Mulcrone.
Court documents say Mulcrone is charged with domestic assault in the third degree and driving while revoked or suspended. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.
Mulcrone’s request for bond reduction was denied by the court on July 13. His next hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 27, at Pettis County Circuit Court.
