Marshall has been in search of its next city administrator ever since the city council accepted the resignation David Haugland during its meeting on May 3.

During the meeting of the council on Monday, August 2, Mayor Julie Schwetz said the search is continuing.

Mayor Schwetz said the council wants to make the right decision.

In other news, Mayor Schwetz also announced Governor Mike Parson is scheduled to be at the Jim The Wonder Dog Welcome Center Museum and Garden as part of his Bicentennial Tour beginning at 12:45 p.m. Thursday, August 5.
