
As of Tuesday, August 3, 41.5 percent of Missouri’s total population (all ages) have completed vaccination against COVID-19.
Officials at the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services say, “Many of us are ready to return to normal, but we are seeing cases and hospitalizations rise in Missouri.”
Currently, Missouri’s COVID-19 vaccination statistics are:
– 41.5 percent of the total population completed.
– 48.6 percent of the 12+ population completed.
– 51.2 percent of the 18+ population completed.
– 74.4 percent of the 65+ population completed.
DHSS officials add, “If you choose not to be vaccinated, we encourage you to continue public health precautions during this time, like masking when appropriate, social distancing and washing hands.”
