The case continues for a 43-year-old Marshall man who was the subject of a manhunt following two shootings on October 2, 2019, in Saline County.

Terrelle Palmer allegedly shot four people at two different residences. One of the victims died, and three others suffered injuries. The shootings led to a citywide lockdown; and Palmer fled the area. Palmer was apprehended in Mississippi on October 18.

Palmer is facing a Class A Felony for Murder in the First Degree; three counts of a Class A Felony for Assault in the First Degree or Attempt; a Class B Felony for Burglary in the First Degree; Class D Felonies for Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the First Degree and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm; and two counts of an Unclassified Felony for Armed Criminal Action. Due to the severity of the charges, the court has ordered no bond, and Palmer remains in custody.

The Plea/Trial Setting in this case has scheduled for 9 a.m. on Monday, August 10, at Saline County Circuit Court.
