Daniel Paul Elliott, age 40, of Fayette, passed away unexpectedly on August 6, 2021, in Fayette.

Daniel was born in Columbia, MO, the son of Dan and Maggie Thompson Elliott.  

He graduated from Central Methodist in Fayette with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and a Minor in Computer Science.  Daniel enjoyed working with computers and technology.

Survivors include his parents, Dr. Dan and Maggie Elliott of Fayette; two sisters, Margaret Anne Elliott of Blue Springs, MO and Rebecca Leigh Elliott of Dallas, Texas; aunts and uncles, Dr. Ed Elliott, Robert Elliott, Diana Elliott Hash and Judy Lynn Elliott Force and numerous cousins.

Daniel was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edna and Ellwood Elliott and Barbara and Dr. Samuel Thompson II; aunt, Barbara Thompson and uncles, Franklin Elliott, Claude Elliott, Samuel Thompson III and a cousin, Michael Thompson.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 14, at Carr-Yager Funeral Home in Fayette, with a family friend, Rev. Beverly Couzzourt officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Fayette.
