
A Marshall woman has been charged with a felony in Pettis County following a vehicle pursuit at 12:15 a.m. on Tuesday, August 10.
According to a Pettis County Sheriff, Saline County 911 reported a vehicle failing to yield for deputies southbound on U.S. Highway 65 Highway at a high-rate of speed, with no headlights. Pettis County deputies observed the vehicle traveling in Sedalia near Route HH when a stop was attempted. The vehicle then allegedly accelerated past 100 mph.
Authorities say near the 300th block of East Morgan Street in Sedalia, the driver, identified as Conchetta Wolfe, crashed into a patrol vehicle and continued to flee. Wolfe was taken into custody after a Taser deployment.
Court documents state Wolfe is facing a Class E Felony for Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop By Fleeing. Bond is set at $50,000 cash or surety.
Wolfe’s initial court appearance is pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
