An area law-enforcement agency is seeking the public’s help.

The Higginsville Police Department is attempting to identify the male subject in regards to a vehicle pursuit near 25th Street and Walnut Street at approximately 3 a.m. on Wednesday, August 11.

According to a release from authorities, the driver of the vehicle could not be located after fleeing on foot. The driver allegedly had one and a half pounds of methamphetamine that was recovered from the scene.
