Dolly Kiser, 90, of rural Malta Bend, MO, died Thursday, August 12.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, August 16, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with Pastor Ralph Varner officiating. Visitation will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. Monday at the funeral Home. Burial will be in Union Cemetery near Marshall. Memorials are suggested to Union Cemetery. Born September 21, 1930, in Warrensburg, MO, she was the daughter of the late Robert Homer Lunbeck and Ruth Spry Lunbeck. She lived in Malta Bend most of her life and was a graduate of Malta Bend High School. On January 20, 1951, she married James D. Kiser who preceded her in death on August 13, 2017. She was owner and operator of Dolly’s Fabrics for many years and the highlight of every year was the fashion show. She was a lifelong member of Malta Bend United Methodist Church and was very active in the church and the TABS Program for the kids. She loved to make flower arrangements to be taken to the State Fair and was active in 4-H including teaching sewing.

Survivors include two sons, James Robert Kiser (Debra) and William Giles Kiser (Barbara) of rural Marshall; eight grandchildren, Giles P. Kiser (Kim), Brett Kiser, Dody Bishop (Jake), Dan Kiser and fiancé Megan Roth, James Hieronymus, Jadie Hieronymus, Laura Grace Kiser and fiancé Brice Ruck, Bobby Matthew Olson; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Marvin Lunbeck; and one sister, Doris Baril.
