A Greenwood man who is facing two sex-related felony charges involving a juvenile after a report was filed with the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office last month has a court proceeding scheduled for this week.

According to a probable-cause statement, a juvenile female alleged to a Child Safe investigator on July 15 that she was sexually assaulted by Dustin Charles Love on July 9.

Court documents say Love is charged with felonies for rape or attempted rape and child molestation in the first degree. Bond is fixed at $250,000 cash or surety.

Love’s case has been bound over to the trial division, and his arraignment is scheduled to be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, August 16, at Pettis County Circuit Court.
